(Multi Core Tube)

Multi Core Tube is a bundled tube tied together to efficiently install, maintain and control at once. It is used in shipbuilding, on/offshore plants and other industries to transport hydraulic oil, air, gas and etc.

Tubes have two types, seamless and welded tubes. stainless steel mainly used as the material, but copper, duplex, nickel alloy, etc., are also used depending on the purpose. The outer sheath is mainly PVC, but there are also FRPVC, HRPVC, HFFR PE, TPU, etc. It prevents corrosion of the tube from various vulnerable working environments such as seawater. We can produce up to 16 cores, and our products are customizable, so you can choose the number of cores, materials, sizes, and types of sheath.

This product mainly supplied for downhole control lines.
Commonly selected two materials for downhole control line tubings are Alloy 825 and 316L and sometimes Alloy 625 is also used. Alloy 825 is resistant to H2S and CO2, and Alloy 625 are highly resistant to in more severe sour well environment. The metal tubing is typically manufactured in both seamless and seam welded coil tubing forms.

(Stainless Steel Tube)

These products can be produced in both coil and straight. The size range starts from an outer diameter of 6mm, as per in the table.
Seam-welded tubes are produced by extruding and drawing stainless steel strips, and then welding them along the entire length. This product is cheaper than seamless and can be produce in much longer, continuous lengths.
The manufacturing process includes pilgering, rolling, heat treatment, and drawing. The primary material for Seamless tubes is stainless steel; however, it is also possible to manufacture them using nickel alloy, duplex, and super duplex.
