Rupture Disc is a non-mechanical safety device to relief when it is occurred that excessive pressure is over the critical pressure in a pressure system. And it is required following cases;
- A rapidly rise in pressure as a result of runaway reaction and so on
- Any concern that fixtures cause other safety device malfunction
- Any leakage is not permitted
- Contains strong corrosive fluid
- Requires large relieving capacity in an instant by polymerization and so on
- Severe conditions such as high or low temperature
