(Hydraulic cylinder for maritime crane)

The hydraulic cylinder for maritime crane such as service crane of ship or plant.

(Hydraulic cylinder for riser tensioner)

Hydraulic cylinder, specialized for offshore drilling equipment such as RISER TENSIONER. Riser tensioner cylinder prevents buckling of pipe and compenste the wave. Specific design will be applied to achieveing high corrosion resistance and high load capacity. Our company provides one-stop service from product and system design of hydraulic cylinder to class approval. All hydraulic cylinders can be cumstomised for your system.

(Hydraulic cylinder for submersible environment.)

Submersible hydraulic cylinder is specially designed to achieve high corrosion resistance and water-proof ability. By applying cutting-edge technologies such as special plating and hydraulic seal arrangement, service life can be extended.
The submersible hydraulic cylinder is installed on moonpool or ROVs-LARS.

(Hydraulic package for water gate. )

Total hydraulic package, which is composed of Hydraulic cylinder, HPU (hydraulic power unit), Control pannel, and base structures etc will be povided.
All system design can be customized to meet the customer needs. Depending on system environments, appropriate corrosion-proof methode and materials with certain IP level will be applied on the system.

(Heave compensator)

Heave compensator aborsrves dynamic pick load, occured by wave, and gives stable operating environment. It is applied to drill ship, plant, or ROVs_LARS. Depending on the purpose of system, generally two types of heave compensator can be chosen, passive and active heave compensator. Heave compenstor is composed of absorber cylinder, accumulator and frame body.
Our company will provide heave compensator as turn-key project.

(Heavy Spooling Winch cylinder)

In contrast with general anchor and mooring winch, this cylinder is used for spooling in which having high load capacity with about 850 tons of out put requiring high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance than other ship.
Once it is installed, it is difficult to disasseble. Therefore it requires high quality confidence.
