    - We participated in the 2022 Hamburg Shipbuilding & Marine Exhibition (SMM) in Germany and signed a contract worth a total of USD 1.6 million (main contract USD 1.2 million + option USD 400,000) with G Company, a ship owner in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for 'ship building technology services and engineering'. We have performed design engineering for the project (Scale of USD 300,000 in 2022 and USD 180,000 in 2023) and are still proceeding with.
    - At CES 2025, we signed a MOU of USD 1,000,000 for ship/offshore plant design service with Gxx company in USA.

    - We have involved in offshore wind sector by participating in the substructure design for the Jeonnam Jaeun Offshore Wind Project in 2024, led by Hyundai Steel Industry, and are strengthening the expertise by providing electric and structure engineering services for the Shinan Ui Offshore Wind Project started 2025 4th quarter.

    - Based on offshore wind design technology, we have expanded into the offshore structural pipe business to meet the growing demand for raw materials in the marine renewable energy sector, beyond engineering services.
    - To ensure efficient pipe processing and logistics operations, we have secured a 15,200 m² site and completed the construction of the facility in the Aerospace National Industrial Complex (Jinju District), Gyeongnam. It has been in operation since the first half of 2026.
